Seun Faluyi graduated with a 2nd Class honours (Upper Division) B. Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos in 1985, and also completed a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 1998. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and has an MBA from the University of Lagos specialising in Operations Management. Seun is a registered Professional Engineer, Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Seun was previously a Senior Manager in Accenture, a global management consulting firm where he was responsible for the Utilities Practice in Lagos, Nigeria. His area of expertise is Business Strategy, Organization Design, Human Performance Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-Engineering.
Seun was Accenture’s Client Manager for the National Electric Power Authority of Nigeria (NEPA), defining and implementing the unbundling strategy that transformed it from NEPA to the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), within the overall framework of industry reforms. He was project manager for improving the Transition Planning, HR Transformation, Corporate Planning and Strategy for an industry in transition, defining the framework employed for change management and transition planning.
He developed the Business Plan for Ziklagsis, one of the first Energy Marketing (Prepayment Metering) companies in Nigeria and set up Hudson Power Limited, an Independent Power Producing company promoted by the Honeywell Group in Nigeria. Hudson Power was one of the first to obtain a generation license under the new Electricity Power Sector Reform laws.
Seun was Head of the Strategy and Business Planning team in Project PACE for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. He was Head of the Line Implementation Change Management team during the implementation of SAP for the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria.
He was also Project Manager for the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria business transformation team that defined a new customer service focus for Nigerian airports in 1999.
Seun has also been an independent consultant to the Power Holding Company of Nigeria and drafted the PHCN enterprise transformation and business improvement plan called Project eMPoWER with a focus on achieving the PHCN contribution to Presidential Power Targets for 2009 and 2011. He also defined a new Employee Performance Management framework for managing individual performance and architected an organisation structure to spin off PHCN Successor companies successfully.
Seun was Chairman of the Industry Stakeholder Group that reviewed the NERC Model Power Purchase Agreements and has been a speaker at conferences and seminars on Electric Power Sector Deregulation and Reforms including the African Utility Week in Nigeria (2005) and South Africa (2006), PHCN in house seminars and workshops (2001 till date), ICAN Professional Education seminars (2009), Zenith Bank management seminar (2008) and Nigerian Society of Engineers conferences (2005, 2007, 2008).
He is a regular speaker on managing People for Fate Foundation, a Youth Empowerment Non Governmental Organisation.
Idowu has an MSc with Distinction in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from Manchester and has been working in the United Kingdom. His area of specialization is Power System Analysis, Power System Protection, Solving of Power Flow problems, Fault calculations, Transient Stability and Electromagnetic Studies.
Idowu has been training and mentoring professionals in the UK Electricity Supply Industry in Power Systems Analysis
He regularly carries out performance reviews of the distribution network at all voltage levels for E-On in the UK, playing a vital role in the Network Investment justification process.
He is particularly responsible for Network Investment Scheme reviews presented to the UK Regulator, OFGEM. These reviews are required for justification for work programmes prior to approval for funding during the Distribution Price Control Periods (DPCRs) in the UK. His reviews for OFGEM have been a mix of Engineering, Financial Management and Accounting.
He developed an award winning Network Performance Gap Register to capture shortfalls in Network design and operation requiring modification and or Investment and played a major role in design for Protection Scheme and Configuration of Numerical Protection Relays as part of major Asset Replacement programmes at 400/132kV, 132/33kV and 33/11kV Substations for E-On..
His contributions to the business have reduced project costs and variation on projects by meticulous reviews and robust scheme designs and he maintains his on-going passion for people development by organising in-house training for technical and non-technical staff in Distribution businesses
Prior to joining Aloe & Squires, Idowu was a Primary System Design Engineer for E-ON/ Western Power Distribution in the UK
Prior to that he was a Commissioning Engineer with Power Engineering Consultants, UK and a Facilities Engineer, JV Oil Operations for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

Olusiji obtained his degree in Biology Education from the Lagos State University. He went on to obtain a Post-graduate diploma in Environmental Resources Management from the same University. Olusiji is also in the process of completing his certification with the Certified Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Olusiji started out his consulting career when he joined Atess Limited, a Human Resources Development and Training firm as a Training Officer in 1998. Atess organized local and international courses for Engineers and Engineering Technicians of all levels. While there, his responsibilities included providing logistics support for the various courses offered, whether in-plant, off-site or at our own centre. Logistics support included: registering course participants, acquiring course materials, printing and binding of course papers, arranging and preparing the venue for the classes, meals, and snacks, corresponding with the facilitators. Olusiji also facilitated for lower level courses. He also did some course prospecting (marketing), introducing the courses to big manufacturing organizations. The clients included NEPA, Dunlop, Cadbury, UAC, PZ, Nichemtex, PPMC, Nigerian Bag Manufacturing Company, Flour Mills, etc .
Olusiji also supervised a survey of facilities & equipment in all federal polytechnics in southern Nigeria. Responsibilities included developing the data capture forms, tagging and labeling of equipment and facilities and organizing orientation workshops to train polytechnic staff in subsequent surveys.
Olusiji has done extensive consulting work with Aloe & Squires over the last 7 years. These include: Project lead in HR Transformation Project with JKK Nig Ltd which involved competency assessment of staff, development of job roles and job descriptions for staff , development of HR policies and procedures reorganization of the HR department. He carried out a similar project with the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Abuja and was instrumental in developing the criteria in the recruitment of the Deputy Director, HR. Olusiji also organized induction classes for new recruits of the Consumer Protection Department of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). This included: provide an understanding of airline passenger promotion practices; strengthen consumer protection focus of field staff; professionalize relationship management capabilities among the leadership team; energise and inspire staff to promote industry best practices.
He has done extensive work with PHCN, recently involved in facilitating several training workshops in HR Transformation.
He has developed strong competencies in project management, team working, managing others, sound HR practice, planning & prioritizing, Business Communication skills (report writing, presentation and oral communication).
